Job Description

NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a professional Lead Technical Architect for a Central Government department, available for hybrid work near Manchester/Blackpool on an initial 6 months contract basis with possibility of extension to be confirmed.This Government client is looking for a Lead Technical Architect to be in charge of designing technical solutions to meet user needs and align with the departments technical strategy and standards.Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of Public cloud technologies, design patterns, and best practice (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Micro-service and API-led architecture design
  • Architecture design and modelling techniques, patterns, tools and standards
  • Practical knowledge of delivering Enterprise scale, multi-million pound Payments and Accounting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, building on top of industry standard COTS packages
