Job Description

Lead Product Manager / Product Lead - E-CommmerceOscar are working with a long-standing E-Commerce client, looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their team in Manchester (one day in the office per week). Youll be leading the charge on some MASSIVE projects like the implementation of a new PIM system,that that will help speed up their supply chain and ability to take fashion products to market, plus they are launching new financial products which will including new online digital journeys.As a Lead Product Manager, youll get to shape the future of products and services in a constantly changing digital landscape. The Product team has grown in recent years and has evolved to adopt an environment of trust, allowing Product Managers the latitudeto try things and fail fast.If you see yourself as a leading that can help to add to this culture, this could be the role for you.Responsibilities::

  • Bossing company-wide projects and making sure we stick to our product strategy
  • Keeping your team happy and mentored
  • Fosteringg a psychologically safe team culture.
  • Setting and achieving clear KPIs
  • Getting rid of any roadblocks and minimizing risks of delays
  • Being a product owner when necessary
  • Keeping all the docs organized
  • Figuring out the resources we need to make a product a success
You should:
  • Have experience leading a team of product managers
  • Know all about capacity planning, forecasting, and allocating resources
  • Be great at managing stakeholders
  • Be an expert in product management
  • Be able to chat about technical stuff with the engineering team
  • Be able to handle conflicts and conduct fair appraisals.
