Job Description

LEAD PRODUCT ANALYST £70,000 - 80,000 REMOTE Fintech with tonnes of eternal funding, innovation and the mindset to grow analytics capabilities! Take a role in the fast paced and exciting world of this scale up!THE COMPANYA leading fintech brand who recently has gone through substantial growth, with such a successful growth stage they are now self sufficient and looking to strengthen the analytics team. They are people focused and employ flexible ways of work ensuring thepeople first culture is still within the organisation!THE ROLEAs a Lead Product Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to increase retention and enhance their experience. More specifically you will have to:

  • Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
  • Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
  • Provide mentoring and support for the wider team, using your skills to growth the capabilities of the department
  • Look into fintech products and how to enhance the user and customer experience across the array of products
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • An expert in SQL (Python/R would be desirable)
  • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs such as CLV, retention and loyalty
  • Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
