• As a Lead Producer youll own, plan, and manage end-to-end multi-channel shoot production across BTL/ATL on location & in studio, working with external production companies, model agencies and studios.
• Taking the concept through the full production process to final execution, youll create and manage all critical production moments; co-ordinate samples and style up, support with casting for shoots; source and book photographers, models, directors, stylists,and hair and makeup and ensure contracts in place.
• Youll also budget & plan the production of multichannel photographic assets for any brand or channel in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

What youll do as Lead Producer:

• Youll manage the end-to-end production for all allocated shoots, executing creative projects, both BTL/ATL, location and studio, working with external production companies and studios.
• Youll take the concept through the full production process to final execution, you will create and manage all critical production milestones; co-ordinate samples and style up, support with casting for shoots; source and book photographers, models, ArtDirectors, stylists, and hair and makeup and ensure contracts and documentations are in place.
• Youll manage third party production partners & suppliers to secure locations, equipment, props, and any other production elements necessary to deliver the shoot.
• Youll be responsible for the shoot pack production incorporating AD direction, shot count and orientation, and supporting CADs, travel & call sheet co-ordination, budget management, full pre-production support and management and on set producing in a fast-pacedfashion retail environment.
• Youll reconcile each production budget and manage associated invoices / POs, regularly updating trackers for the finance team.
• Reporting: Ensure that each project has an up-to-date status report, available at any point in time for your key stakeholders.
• Youll work in an efficient and methodical way within process guidelines to ensure that all shoots are delivered on time, on budget and to the creative vision. Youll work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Producer on forward planning, seasonalbudget planning and supporting junior members of the team and wider photography services team, as and when needed.
• Youll manage production issues, escalate to senior management any issues that may impact delivery and budget adherence.
• Youll own and deliver postproduction reviews to ensure shoots deliver to plan, schedule, quality, and financial expectations. Provide recommendations that may result in a more efficient working relationships, enable better talent or result in time or budgetsavings.

Who you are:

• Youll have excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Youll have detailed knowledge of production process with experience production both ATL and BTL shoots, BTS photography and video production ideally both in the UK and internationally.
• Youll have expert understanding of large budget management and planning
• Youll be pro-active, calm, positive & flexible with a can-do attitude, able to motivate a team to achieve excellence.
• Youll be able to identify when team members need support and coordinates its provision.
• Youll support development of others by sharing experience and expertise.
• Youll be open-minded, flexible, and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and business change.
• Youll have strong existing relationships with production companies, casting directors, model agencies and photographers.
• An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• Youll have experience in working in Photographic shoot production, ideally in fashion.
