Job Description

Are you an experienced senior PMO professional Do you have experience of building and leading an effective enterprise PMO service Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting consultancy opportunity for a Lead PMO Analystprovide effective portfolio planning, assurance and management information whilst ensuring continual improvement. As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterpriseoffering you the opportunity to make a difference and gain experience as part of a modern digital environment within a company that is investing and developing within itself and its employees. The purpose of the role will be to drive a positive culture of planning, assurance, and information within an established change portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking ownership of programme/project delivery methodology; scenario modellingfor portfolio sequencing; leading the gateway review process; readiness assurance; line management and leading of the PMO analysis team; supporting investment and procurement; highlighting key issues and deviations; risk and control management; ensuring goodgovernance; PPM development; and driving continuous improvement.Must Have

  • Commercial experience of building and leading an enterprise PMO function that caters for a broad range of programmes and projects
  • Project management tools, life cycle, delivery, methodology, and systems.
  • Project documentation, standards, and processes experience.
  • Previous experience of using, improving, and implementing PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity, Clarizen, Primavera or similar.
  • You will be able to work under pressure in an environment with a constant changes and operational demands.
  • MS Project & Excel.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the use of delivery and collaboration tools such TFS/DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
  • Professional certification, such as PRINCE2, APMP. MSP, and/or P3O or similar
  • Risk Management certification.
