Job Description

Health and well being is a top priority for us because we understand the importance of creating a respectful, supportive and transparent environment for all our employees.The Role:Reporting to the Head of Digital Workplace, you will take responsibility for designing and implementing high-quality collaboration, information management, messaging and communication solutions using M365 and other Saas tools.You will work closely with the Digital, Information and Technology team to ensure the technology vision and roadmap enable and align with business strategy and organisation-wide enterprise IT architecture.You will thrive using agile methods and enjoy working openly, collaboratively and as part of a multidisciplinary team.What you will bring to NICE:To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience of designing and delivering complex architectures, strategies and specific solutions within M365 and related tools and technologies, including ‘Modern experience’ SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive and Exchange. MCSA: M365 or MCSE Productivity Solutions Certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience of prototyping new solutions to automate business processes using MS PowerPlatform suite including: PowerAutomate, PowerApps (portals, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Dataverse), PowerBI
  • Experience of applying organisation data and record management written policies to security and governance design within M365
  • Experience of M365 tenant management including:
  • Tenant and applications settings configuration
  • Licensing management
  • Security & compliance design and management
  • User groups and permissions management
  • Experience of collaborating with a wider project team including testers and Business Analysts to identify and deliver the right solutions
  • Ability to communicate highly complex technical issues and risks to non-technical business stakeholders external to the team, both verbally and written

  • The Department:The Digital, Information and Technology (DIT) directorate is a 70 strong team of digital, information management and technology professionals. Our digital teams adopt a user centric agile methodology and work in multi-disciplinary teams (MDT’s) with analytics and insight to develop and maintain NICE’s suite of digital and technology services. We are playing a key role in the implementation of NICE’s digital transformation programme. This role sits within the Digital Workplace function. The Digital Workplace brings together NICE people, process, data and technology to design and embed effective ways of working, across every tangible aspect of the working environment that supports our users and how they work.The key objectives for the role are to:
  • create and develop a digital working environment that breaks down organisational working silos.
  • enable and facilitate collaboration internally and externally.
  • improve productivity and efficiency for NICE business processes and embedding effective data controls and management.
