Job Description

    • Experience of the software development lifecycle, Discovery through to going live.
    • A skilled facilitator of workshops, able to engage with stakeholder groups to obtain desired outcomes.
    • Experience in modelling As-is and To-be business processes.
    • Experience in stakeholder management
    • Responsible for the breakdown of an area of work from inception through to delivery, managing the teams backlog ensuring quality and maturity
    • Responsible for the elicitation of functional, technical and non-functional requirements, translating these into user stories so they are easily understood across the whole team.
    • Ability to use prioritisation techniques to refine the backlog and manage dependencies
    • Ability to meet the required MVP
    • Ability to work within commercial constraints for example cost restrictions and project deadlines
    • Excellent user story writing skills, ensuring quality and consistency of stories across the project
    • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
    • Experience in being sensitive to a clients needs in a delivery capability
    • Experience in sales activities working on bids etc.
    • Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to mentor junior members of your team as well as coach people in client teams.
