My client has a new opening for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join their well-established and award winning law firm in their Manchester City Centre office.You will be expected to provide senior costs support for litigation Solicitors across their national offices.You must have experience of drafting points of dispute, points of reply, costs budgets and bills of costs.A generous benefits package is on offer - More details available upon application.- Management of a case-load- Schedules of costs, bills of costs/budgets- Negotiating costs to settlement- Advocacy - Recovery costs claims on multi track mattersExperience of working within a Clinical Negligence department would be an advantage but is not necessary to apply.Interviews throughout SeptemberFull remote interview preperation provided by Senior Manager at Burke Avenue Recruitment.
