Job Title: Landscaping / Fencing OperativeLocation: Covering Sites throughout the Manchester / Cheshire and surrounding AreasSalary: Competitive Salary and Stakeholder Pension Scheme48 hours a week - Monday to FridayOur client UK Landscapes’ is a national award winning landscape maintenance provider with ground maintenance contracts for various major national retail and other commercial outlets. The role they offer centres on an expanding relationship with a prestigious house builder in the North West.Our client is flexible on where person is based, ideally candidates will be based in the Manchester / Cheshire Areas.With growth secured they are looking to recruit a Landscaping / Fencing Team Member to work in a small site team on projects throughout the region. Nature of the work includes soft landscaping, turfing, tree & shrub planting and fencing including all types of timber & metal etc.Candidates must be a team player with a positive work ethic to achieve the "hands on" delivery of soft landscaping & fencing projects to meet specification and deadlines.Ideally you can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience on similar projects as a team member with a willingness and ability to work alone at times as required.Effective communication with your team leader, senior management and external project managers is essential to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects.You must be well presented and continue to promote the Company’s professional image across a range of contacts.Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence.To apply for this role please submit your full and up to date CV to Jonathan Sweasey at UK Landscapes.
