Theyre currently looking for a fee earner that specialises in litigated landlord and tenant claims to join the existing team.The caseload will be from cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from letter of claim to trial. Therefore, you must be a landlord and tenant litigator who really knows the entire process. You will be expected to manage your own caseload in the role and previous experience of developing a housing disrepair team would be beneficial.For candidates they offer strong supervision channels, excellent training including away days, chance to join a highly ambitious and growing firm.
