THey build affordable new homes, work with partners to reduce homelessness and support people to reach their potential.This role will help them to do this by

  • Carry out all aspects of labouring works on their customers homes.
  • Undertake the following supplementary multi-skilled tasks
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of their customers and tailoring your approach.
  • Leave customers homes clean and safe and dispose of any waste in line with their company policy.
  • Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers homes.
  • Update your PDA in real time on a jobs status and communicate with planners if customers are not at home or jobs are not viable.
  • Order parts, materials or follow up work as required and record work daily outside opti-time.
They need people who are / have
  • Able to undertake/assist with repair work and associated multitasking activities inside and externally on customers homes
  • Sound building and construction knowledge
  • General building maintenance repair knowledge
  • Able to work at heights and use ladders (PASMA/IPAF/TETRA Qualifications are desirable)
A basic DBS check is required and due to the nature of the role a valid driving licence is essential. You do not need to start work from the office or return to the office at the beginning / end of the day.Everyones welcome here.
