Job Description

This established textile design brand is looking for a Key Account Manager to work from its new showroom.The showroom is based in Ancoats which was once the hub of the cotton industry in England and the mills are still there. This is a great link to honouring its heritage. Founded in 1968, this Scandinavian brand is steeped in its world-famous design traditionsand often draws on it for inspiration.The showroom showcases some of their most recognisable fabric, curtain and rug designs to architects, designers and contractors looking to integrate the companys textiles within their projects.Role responsibilities:-

  • Managing all aspects of the showroom
  • Providing design consultation for visitors to the showroom
  • Supporting the Area Sales Manager - Manchester based
  • Handling inbound enquiries via website, email, showroom visits, social media
  • Sending out samples
  • Handling all ordering, delivery and installation process
  • Providing internal sales support
  • Liaising with the London H/Q team - finance, export and marketing
  • Organising showroom events/product launches
  • Supporting project delivery with Architects, Interior Designers and Project Managers
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who has worked within a high-end retailer or an interior design brand.
