Junior Underwriting AssistantSalary - £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm Hybrid working/Remote working depending on experience Who are weWere one of the UKs largest managing general agents, supporting over 1,000 broker partners and more than 3 million policyholders with a wide variety of insurance products. There are very exciting growth and acquisition plans for us moving forward so watch this space!What will my duties be Action agreed on daily tasks in line with department processes.Monitoring and reporting on department central functions.Collation and presentation report at agreed intervals and ad hoc requests.To investigate and respond to internal and external queries about policy issues under supervision.Live, reflect and act as an ambassador for the V10 values and Customer Charter in all work activities.Nurture broker relationships to meet the needs of the business plan.Encourage internal relationships with relevant departments.Actively promote Group brands.Any other reasonable duties as required.What were looking for: This role will suit anyone who has worked in a customer service type position, whether that be dealing with customers in a retail or hospitality environment, or maybe you have worked with customers over the phone.
