Job Description

Junior Sales Co-Ordinator£20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experienceTrafford ParkOffice basedFree parkingOffice Angels are recruiting for a Junior Sales Coordinator to join a family run manufacturing business based in Trafford Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to take their first step into becoming a sales professional.Duties will include:

  • Inputting new and existing clients onto the system
  • Updating records and keeping database up to date
  • Answer incoming phone call
  • Dealing with queries
  • Working with the sales and warehouse departments
  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Any other administrative tasks as required
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Good level of communication
  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email competently.
  • Able to take instruction.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
