Supporting the Head of Paid Social, youll create and develop engaging advertising concepts and manage and monitor advertising campaigns. Youll work across a range of social media platforms to support the development of our paid social lead generation strategy, enabling us to achieve our objectives.About YouTo be considered as a Junior Paid Social Executive, you will need:- Experience of working with CRM systems- Experience of Canva and/or Photoshop- Experience of creating images and/or videos for paid social campaigns - A strong knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Linkedin- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation- Good knowledge of ExcelThe CompanyBlume, a subsidiary of the Fletchers Group, is a contact business with a differencewe connect the dots for our customers and fill in the blanks to enable them to do more.From a fledging start-up to a multi-million-pound success story, we have grown so quickly that we must be doing something right!In a nutshell, we bring together individuals looking for a product or service and organisations who have the product or service that they need!
