Job Description

Great job for a Junior/Mid level Developer looking to learn from some of the best in the business and further their career in a well rounded environment.Project based environment working on multiple Fintec applications that cover a wide variety of technology stacks from new web tech to legacy - experience full SDLC and develop with the latest tech (.NETcore).Client DetailsA market leading financial investment company located in the heart of Manchester. They provide a unique, cutting edge platform to their clients, along with multiple, custom in-house built business applications.Description

  • Maintain and develop our finance/investment systems and applications
  • Enhance core systems to improve business processes - end to end delivery of project and SDLC
  • Improve integration between core business systems and applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of agile methodology
Tech: C#, .NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, JavaScript, Angular, SQLProfile
  • Possess some commercial experience using C#/.NET
  • Collaborative approach to software engineering
  • Writing code and tuning with MS SQL Server
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of software development principles, including; architecture, design, abstraction, data structures and design, relevant low-level architecture, development processes / practices, deployment techniques, documentation, testing and automation.
Your weapons of choice will include:
  • C#, .NET, JavaScript
  • React or Angular development
  • Entity Framework
  • ASP .NET development
  • Markup languages such as HTML5, CSS
  • Microsoft SQL Server
