Job Description

Keywords: Solicitor, in-house counsel, Private PracticeJob Title: Junior In-house CounselJob reference: SDA/816903Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial/Corporate Lawyer to join our clients In-House Legal Team as junior In-house Counsel in Manchester City Centre on a permanent fully remote basis.This is a development position suited to someone who is around 2 years PQE.Duties:

  • Providing advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, data protection and dispute resolution matters
  • Working closely with all areas of the business group, including the non-legal businesses
  • Providing advice both in response to business need, as well as for specific projects
  • Supporting ongoing strategy initiatives
  • This is a varied role, but there is a strong bias towards drafting commercial contracts
The successful candidate will be:Required skills
  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • It is important that you are excited about the prospect of working on a wide range of legal disciplines including some data protection advice (with the support of specialised lawyers)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOEHours per Week:35Company Benefits:
