Junior Infrastructure Project ManagerBankingFully Remote6 months+£45,000 - £50,000 Fixed Term ContractWeve advertised this role as a Junior Infrastructure Project Manager as this seems to bring the right people into the business with the best skills to make the role a success.As a Cyber Security Project Analyst, you will be working in the Recover function within the Cyber Security department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate technologies to improve the banks cyber resilience - including CyberTechnologies, processes and operations. You will support plans for cyber resilience and assist senior colleagues in the restoration of any capabilities or services impaired due to cyber security incidents.A key part of your responsibilities will involve assisting with the remediation and improvements in relation to the Banks Cyber Security capabilities as part of the Cyber Security Improvement Programme.Key Accountabilities:* Assist with the drive through of improvements and new capabilities within the Cyber Security function in support of the Recover team* Engage with the other areas of Cyber Security, ensuring knowledge transfer initiatives are completed. This involves using collaboration software such as JIRA and Confluence.* Assist in the delivery of the Cyber Security programme, assist senior team members with the delivery of cyber security improvements.* Produce industry standard documentation in support of activities, processes and procedures using a range of collaboration tools* In addition, you will possess a strong culture of teamwork, mutual respect and social responsibility, in line with the Banks Values and Behaviours. * Unique exposure to a number of workstreams within the bank covering a range of Cyber topics.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:* A project management qualification is preferred* A good awareness of service management principles i.e ITIL* Good documentation skills* Analytics using Ms Excel* Good presentation skills using MS Powerpoint* A Technical background is preferable - this does not necessarily have to be Cyber Security or within the Banking industry but knowledge and understanding of any of the following would be a nice-to-have: * Digital technologies* DDoS* SIEM* Cryptography* Firewalls * Proxies (Web and Email)* Logical & Physical controls* Willingness to work with 3rd parties and suppliers as this is a key part of delivering projects within the bank * The ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment within a growing team.Knowledge of Agile ways of working preferableCandidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.Please be advised if you havent heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.
