Junior HR Business Partner, Internal HR Team - Citation Maternity cover a Fixed-term contract 12 monthsFulltime would consider part-timeLocation: Wilmslow office 3 days a week and home with occasional travelThe roleLooking for your next step in your career and ready to grow into an HR BP role Well, were looking for a commercial HR generalist whos ready to make that next step. We know you wont have done all of this before, but well help you develop the skills andexperience needed for a truly commercial HR Business Partner.In Internal HR our whole reason for being is to attract, retain and develop great people. We know that you sustainably raise performance through engagement and that leadership and culture is key to this.You will work closely with assigned areas of the business to deliver the People Plan and their day to day HR needs as well as help them be their best whilst driving change, supporting rapid business growth and a variety of ambitious and exciting projectsall while making sure our culture is nurtured and developed. Its a true generalist position! In return, well give you lots of support, exposure and on the job training.* Work closely with assigned areas of the business to drive the People Plan, identify and deliver key HR initiatives* Provide HR support for all matters in your business area including; performance management, training and development, ER issues including: Grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy, long term sick, disputes, TUPE, colleague wellbeing including maternity/paternityetc.* Project work - were constantly growing and evolving so therell be plenty to get stuck into * Stats, youll use them to make recommendations and provide insight - understanding our people numbers helps us perform better * Rewards & remuneration - from helping develop our benefits to doing the admin and liaising with payroll, youll be involved.* Admin - it needs to be done right, so we all have a part to play * Compliance/business protection - you know how important this is and will make it integral to the way we work. * Colleague engagement - were a Times Top 100 company. With high emotional intelligence and sound commercial acumen, people will want to come to you, not just because of your expertise, butbecause you are a great person to work with. * Whilst its all about the people were not pink and fluffy, youll need to demonstrate your commercial edge too * Weve got a coaching style with our managers, we work together to help find the best solutions so youll need to show us your coaching and problem-solving skills * Youll have experience of dealing with a wide range of ER issues and feel comfortable dealing with issues from basics to complex issues * Were always looking for ways to improve our processes to create a better experience for colleagues so youll show initiative and come up with new ideas on how we can do thisIdeally * Experience or exposure to large change projects (could include restructures or business integrations) * Experience of writing or delivering training * CIPD level 5 or equivalent experienceWere not looking for a fully-fledged HR BP, we want to work with you to give you the exposure, experience and learning to help you develop into one.What will you get from usTonnes of exposure and a wide breadth of experience.
