Junior Graphic DesignerJob title: Junior Graphic DesignerReporting to: Design LeadLocation: Remote (because we know you can create great design from anywhere!)Hours of work: 8:30 - 5.00 pmSalary: £19,500We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly creative individual to become part of our fast-paced marketing team. You will be working alongside our six in-house creatives, delivering dynamic designs across a broad range of print and digital media. You willget the opportunity to flex your creative skills, generating ideas and artwork for internal and external campaigns, emails, eye-catching infographics and engaging animations.Whether youre a freelancer, in-house designer or someone whos just graduated, we want to hear from you. As long as you have a passion for the creative industry and a portfolio to show off your skills.Key responsibilities* Create and develop engaging designs for campaigns used across a wide range of media, both online and offline* Supporting the design team with updates to existing and ongoing projects* Be brand aware, ensuring all artwork reflects company guidelines* Design on-trend and engaging emails for use across multiple channels* Deliver creative infographics and visuals for social media* Create digital and print-ready marketing collateral including, checklists, downloads, posters, digital banners and retargeting ads.Skillset* Passionate about Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator* A great eye for detail with an understanding of typography, colour and page layout* The ability to take ownership of projects, generate ideas, produce concepts and execute the final design a * Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced environment* A positive mindset and the enthusiasm to crack creative problems* Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiativeDesirable skills* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects* Designing and building responsive HTML emails* Photography and videography experienceRequirements* A strong portfolio demonstrating your skillset across a range of mediaIf youre looking for your next creative challenge, and dont mind getting stuck into all areas of design and driving forward new ideas, then this is the role for you!
