The Opportunity - Junior Contracts Manager - Passive Fire ProtectionOur client is an ambitious and growing Manchester-based passive fire protection contractor -were a highly professional organisation with an impressive portfolio of major clients and arewell established in a number of dynamic and growing markets.This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to become anintegral part of our team, to help push the business and their own career to new levels.The Role - Junior Contracts ManagerYoull be responsible for the surveying and management of a range of projects, reportingdirectly to the Managing Director.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management, planning, and programming of projects.
  • Producing method statements and risk assessments.
  • Administrate and monitor Management Software.
  • Carrying out site surveys.
  • Undertake quality checks.
  • Assist with the submission of quotations and tenders.
  • Monitor productivity.
  • Assist with business development.
  • Communicating with our clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
About You -Youll be able to work on your own initiative, and bring innovative thinking to the team. Youll be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and team player with a meticulous attention to detail.You will be proficient in use of Word and Excel. Have the ability to build good relationswith clients and colleagues.Hold a full Driving LicenceBenefits - Junior Contracts ManagerSalary £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + Bonus33 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays - Option to buy or sell holidaysNest Pension SchemeEarly finish on FridaysTraining & learning opportunitiesAbout us -Our Client are Manchesters leading passive fire protection contractor.
