Job Description

Junior Business Analyst Who are weWere one of the UKs largest managing general agents, supporting over 1,000 broker partners and more than 3 million policyholders with a wide variety of insurance products. As a Group, we have recently become one of the UKs largest motor insuranceproviders and have an impressive portfolio of businesses. There are very exciting growth and acquisition plans for us moving forward so watch this space! Production & collation of all data & MI required to support the GSS, Customer Claims, Supply Chain, Customer Excellence, and Customer relations teams.Analyse and produce clear & concise reports utilising AudaIntel, Customer complaint data (Respond), Supply Chain MI from Suppliers & Internal Compliance & Audit reports. Interrogate and compile data reports from the SAP data base.Ensure all Governance reporting is collated and presented in a timely manner in line with regulatory reporting requirements.Recording & collation of all Non-risk income from our supply chain partners working closely with Finance to ensure all income is invoiced out.Production and analysis of any other MI as requested from the GSS teamResponsibilities

  • Production of all GSS MI relating to indemnity spend, supplier analysis and all regulatory reporting on a daily weekly & monthly basis
  • Analysis of supplier MI and identification of SLA failures, indemnity concerns and any trends with necessary improvement plans in the form of a written report
  • Directly support the Engineering, Total Loss and the Admin and Support teams in any MI needed to fulfil the GSS team function
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to be able to present and analyse MI
  • Close collaboration with the MI team to ensure consistency of data and shared platforms
  • Grow individual training and development in line with the GSS & Group requirement of continuous personal development.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the team in production of local MI.
  • Liaise with external suppliers & internal departments to collate MI
  • Work within the companys vision and values and Customer Charter
  • To undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by their line manager
  • Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regards to FCA/FSC compliance and Treating Customers Fairly
  • Where applicable, to ensure that DPA, FCA,TCF and other regulatory requirements are met
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel to be able to produce detailed MI and graphical analysis of data
  • Ability to analyse all relevant presented data & communicate this in necessary reports & supporting commentary
  • Excellent Organisational & technical data analysis skills
  • Systematic and pragmatic approach to reporting requirements
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under own initiative whilst still remaining a team player
  • Desire to grow and shape the role as GSS needs are identified
