Job Description

JavaScript Developer - Node / React - Remote - Tech4good - up to £60K DOEAn award-winning tech-4-good organisation is currently hiring for a JavaScript Developer to join their team. Their goal is to improve the pathways and outcomes of childrens healthcare, and they have created a platform that enables those improvements.We are looking for a JavaScript Developer who can be the technical expert, someone who can suggest ideas, technologies and take responsibility for the development of their online portal and APIs. This is a rare opportunity to join a company where you willshape, define, and deliver a product that will benefit children worldwide.Skills

  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • React
  • API Implementations
  • SQL and ORM
  • Containerisation (Docker)
  • Git or other modern VCS
  • Agile methodologies
Desirable
  • TDD / E2E testing experience.
  • Cloud, especially AWS or OCI
  • Infrastructure as code such as Terraform
  • DevOps, especially GitOps
  • Compute services such AWS Lambda or OCI Functions
Salary for this role is up to £60K DOE.Benefits include:
