Job Description

Due to come growth an award-winning organisation is seeking an IVA Supervisory Administrator to join their team in Manchester City Centre. You will be working in state-of-the-art offices with an onsite gym, cafeteria plus lots of training, career progression and a competitive basic salary package - £21,000 - £25,000Established for over 10 years you will be joining a company that have made a great name for themselves within the industry and have a low turnover in staff.Duties for the IVA Supervisory Administrator:

  • Answering and responding to inbound telephone calls from clients and ensure a positive customer experience;
  • Managing inbound and outbound email communications with clients
  • Manage daily diary allocation to completion
  • Preparing post-appointment documentation and internal case reviews in relation to ongoing insolvency procedures.
  • Ensuring that cases are progressed from commencement to closure in an efficient manner while giving clients good customer service.
  • Providing advice on all aspects of the post-appointment IVA process
    • Skills for the IVA Supervisory Administrator:
  • We want to hear from you if you have experience as IVA Drafter, Insolvency Case Manager, Debt Management Drafter
  • You must have proven experience in the above and have be confident working in a pressurised environment
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
    • Benefits for the IVA Supervisory Administrator:
  • Salary £20,000 - £25,000 with bonus £750,000 - £1000 each month
