Job Title: IVA Approvals OfficerLevel/Salary Range: £18-£22,000 + BonusSuitability:- Experience with a Pre-Appointment IVA based role.- Strong understanding of current IVA criteria/suitability.- Knowledge of voting house requirements.- Drafting experience recommended, but not essential.Responsibilities of role:- Reviewing cases passed over from the Sales team to ensure they are ready to be passed to a Drafter for their consultation.- Liaising with the Sales team to quickly get clients from sale to draft.- Answer queries from Sales & Drafters alike.- Ensuring a balance between speed and quality so cases are not passed back.Key Skills required:- PC literate.- Effective questioning & analytical abilities.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.- The ability to work to tight deadlines in a commercial environment.Additional info:- Working hours - 10 until 8pm Mon to Thurs. 2pm finish on Fridays. (Flexible)- 1 weekend a month - 10 until 2pm.- Overtime available.- Weekly and monthly bonus.
