Job Description

IT Trainer

Our client is an international law firm that offers a range of legal services to clients internationally. They are a progressive and collaborative company that believes that it is the employees that make the firm. They are currently looking for a technologysupport trainer to expand their close-knit Manchester team.The Role:
  • Conduct training for new starters within the firm on software using a variety of methods including classroom, one to one and virtual.
  • Educate employees on software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, iManage, InTapp Time, iOS applications, and firm-specific programmes.
  • Identify training opportunities nationally and across Europe.
  • Create training resources.
  • Travel to European locations regularly to conduct training.
  • Assist in new software rollouts and identify areas of improvement with existing software use.
Requirements:
  • Experience teaching software is essential.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of software including Windows 10, Microsoft Office, document management systems, timekeeping software and communications technology.
  • Flexible working arrangement with an ability to travel internationally regularly.
  • Fluent in a foreign language preferred (ideally French)
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and colleagues.
