If you are a professional, well-presented person that is up for the challenge then apply today!Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to talk to customers.- Excellent work ethic.- Excellent attention to detail.- Keen to learn new skills and progress knowledgeResponsibilities:- Talking to customers, providing the highest levels of customer service.- Ticket Management and use of RMM Tools- First Line Support and Network Administration- Desktop Support (Windows 10 / Microsoft Office / Endpoint Security)- Support of mobile devices, IOS, Android - Support of Email Systems (Office/Microsoft 365, Exchange)- Support of Backup Systems / Firewalls / Routers / Switching / Access Points- Good customer facing skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.- Maintain confidentiality with regard to customer/company data- Must Hold a full valid driving license Experience with any of the following will be beneficial but not required as training will be provided:- Microsoft 365- Ubiquiti Unifi Switches and Access Points- Veeam Backup / Storage Craft Backup- Windows 10 & 11- Windows Server- Endpoint Security Products- VOIP- Routers and Firewalls- Network Concepts and TCP/IP- Talking to Customers with confidenceTraining:Tech staff are required to follow Microsoft training and certification related to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure,. Certifications and Training material paid for by the company.
