To help our clients succeedis our mission.About the role:We are looking for an ambitious IT Support Specialist - 1st Line to join our Helpdesk Team, working from our Eccles office.You will have experience of resolving issues as part of a busy helpdesk team and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service all the time.This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as an IT Support Specialist - 1st Line looking to develop their skills and gain greater exposure with a diverse group of clients. Training will be offered to support someone with aspirations tomove into a 2nd or 3rd Line role. Experience of MSP and or Hospitality is advantageous but not essential.Experience:
