WHATS THE ROLE As an IT Support Specialist, you will be offering onsite technical support and managing local IT demands for Hilti end users, based in Great Britain and Ireland. Your primary responsibilities are IT equipment setup for new and existing employees, mobilephone administration and desktop/laptop break-fix repairs. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE As mentioned, the IT Support Specialist plays a key role in making sure our technology works as it should to ensure the business can run effectively. WHAT YOU NEED IS: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, PC hardware/software / tools, network troubleshooting (LAN and TCP / IP), and IT hardwareCompleted technical studies or subject-specific training (e.g. IT specialist/system integrator) and well-founded IT experienceStrong PC, laptop, tablet and hardware support experienceA solid track record in a support role including experience in customer support and stakeholder and management is idealStrong coaching skills.
