Job Description

Are you the next member of the familyWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Team. The role will offer remote working but does require the Engineer to visit the offices in Manchester, Harrogate and Leeds if need be.The Role:Help Desk Administration

  • Using the in house, Spiceworks, ticketing system to interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Setup and configuration of new user accounts
  • Setup and configuration of new hardware
  • Keeping the in-house knowledgebase up to date with resolution information and technical documentation
Networking
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of additions and major modifications to the supporting multi-office infrastructure.
  • Maintain network security at the office level as established by the IT Policy.
  • Administration and maintenance of the companys IT infrastructure.
  • Administration of the companys WAN/LANs as directed.
Internal Systems
  • Provide troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery support when necessary.
  • Work with project teams to help implement new internal systems and changes to the existing systems
Telephony
  • Updates to the companys telephone system at a group and local level.
  • Connectivity and configuration of mobile devices
Asset Management
  • Ensures that company assets are recorded and maintained responsibly.
Office InfrastructureManages desk moves and office movesRequired Skills/Technology:
  • Microsoft Office 365 and above
  • Microsoft Windows 10 and above
  • Windows Server 2012 and above
  • Google Chrome
