Job Description

Our client has a new requirement for a dynamic, client focused deskside support analyst to join a global law firm, from their office based in Manchester.Previous Legal IT support experience would be beneficial for this role.They will provide support for clients at desk side, including desktop, laptop, and mobiles. They will need to assist users in system and application queries, triaging when necessary. This role includes remote support.This person will adhere to firm guidelines in relation to call and incident management and communication, contributing to the knowledge bankThey will assist the broader team in the rollout of projects, such as systems pilot and upgrades, offices moves, or other technology rollouts, and ensure policies, including asset allocation and security policies, are maintained.Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Proven experience of working with Microsoft applications (O365)
  • Proven Experience of Incident Management Systems
  • Citrix workspace experience
  • Proven 1/2nd line experience in a large professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to: Active Directory, O365 application suite, Windows 10, SCCM, Azure, SharePoint, Mimecast, Cloud Computing, Sophos
  • Workflow Co-ordination Experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening essential with ability to adapt style to the audience.
  • A high level of personal commitment to task completion, with the ability to prioritise.
