Job Description

One ofEuropes largest music colleges is looking to take on a experienced and dynamicIT Support analystwho will be joining their dynamic IT team on a permanent basiswhere you will belocal IT support service to the collegeteams andimplementing new technical features.Main Duties and responsibilities:
  • To provide 1st and 2nd line support to all staff in the respective college and escalate calls where necessary
  • To set-up college staff on desk-tops, laptops, phones, MACs
  • To actively use and review IT Helpdesk system to ensure that all college issues are logged and prioritised
  • To perform local IT tasks related to project or service affecting work
  • To liaise with the college business system super-users to deploy systems/software across college users
What are they looking for
  • Highly organised and focused in delivering a fast and high-quality support service
  • Excellent administrative skills and experience in working independently
  • Experience of supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft office applications and Office 365
  • Desktop, 1st line,2nd line support along with deployment experience will be important
  • JAMF and educational experience will be a bonus but not essential
