IT SupportManchester£15 per hour (Umbrella)3 weeksA Support temp is required for our public sector client based in Manchester to join the team from Monday 8th January. The primary role is to provide support for online exams.The successful candidate will:• Ensure PCs across multiple locations, are in an "exam-ready" condition.• Perform standard hardware checks and fixes (such as keyboard, mouse, display and cabling issues).• Perform standard software checks (such as ensuring applications launch correctly).• Use a ticketing system to log PC hardware and software issues that require escalation to second line teams.• Install new hardware and physical security provision (such as fitting locks).Person requirements -• Basic familiarity with PC hardware and software• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
