Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading, international training company with the appointment of an IT Support Coordinator to join their team (additional Spanish or Portuguese language is advantageous).Whilst the idealcandidate would be based within commuting distance of the Manchester head office, full remote working is available.A varied role, you will be responsible for providing integral support to Test Partners, clients and to end users on a variety of issues. You will be a naturally confident communicator, who can professionally respond to telephone calls, skype, email and chat,providing technical support.Key duties will include: Remotely set up online test centres to deliver several types of computer-based exams. Provide technical support during online exams Answer, evaluate, and prioritise incoming telephone, Skype chat, e-mail, requests for assistance Effectively manage remote teams. Escalate more complex queries and issues to senior employees Effectively manage all technical documentation on Help Desk tickets; tracking requests and documenting resolutions on the ticketing system. Ability to read and understand complex manuals and terminologyThe successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with the ability to naturally problem solve and provide a smooth, seamless IT support function, You will ideally be fully fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish (and English).A good understanding of IT and troubleshooting, companies with a basic knowledge of hardware and networking is required.If this sounds like the next opportunity for you, contact Kate at Juice Recruitment for immediate consideration
