Job Description

Position: IT Project Coordinator for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)Location: Manchester City CentreMy client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to providing exceptional IT solutions and support to businesses of all sizes. With a focus on innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, they strive to exceed expectations and drivesuccess for their clients in the ever-evolving digital landscape.As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the successful execution of various IT projects for their clients. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating projectactivities, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to allocate resources and assign tasks.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
