Programme Manager - Managed Service Provider - MSP - Azure - AWS - Cloud - Infrastructure - Microsoft - M365 - Microsoft 365 - MOV - Six Sigma Black Belt - PROSCI - Up to £85,000 +£12k Bonus + package - WFH - HybridConcept Resourcing are working with a leading provider of information technology solutions who put the customer first in offering a range of services to a broad range of commercial and public sector customers globally.IT Programme ManagerUp to £85,000 + £12,000 bonus + excellent packageWorking from home with occasional travelYour role as the Programme Manager will be working within Program Operations and will be responsible for delivering a high quality and professional programme & project management and consultancy service to internal and external clients.Support the winning of new business and the delivery of large programmesThe role requires effective co-ordination of assigned programmes & projects. Management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.The role entails taking responsibility for ensuring that assigned programmes/projects are executed and completed adhering agreed time, quality, scope and costs parameters and that an appropriate level of governance is applied to maintain and manage risks, changesand issues.As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme. As such you will develop and maintain the programme environment to support, maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum for each individual project withinit.Role ResponsibilitiesProgramme & Project Management Delivery* Planning and designing the programme (and/or highly complex / business critical large scale projects) and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action* Defining the programmes governance arrangements in line with standards and best practice* Working with the Resource Management team to facilitate the appointment of individuals to project teams* Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements* Managing communications with all stakeholders (internally and externally)* Managing Risks, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies to the programmes successful outcome* Working with the client business change manager and Service Delivery Manager or equivalents on the transition to the new business as usual model* Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise* Provide expert governance, documenting and managing programme and project scope, through effective change management throughout the project lifecycle, escalating and highlighting to relevant parties for resolution as necessary.* Financial control of all project work. Pro-active management of project budgets, tracking of forecast, actuals for cost and revenue. Timely invoicing of completed effort in T&M projects and milestones for Fixed Price engagements or where appropriate.* Acts as a mentor and initial escalation point for all work carried out by their team.* Coordinate pre-sales activities (technical solution, project management, legal, commercial, quality management) to provide high quality proposals to present to clients* Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangementsYou will be a highly experienced Programme Manager, ideally from a Managed Services Provider background, with a strong focus on Cloud Technolgies, IT Infrastructure and be enthusiastic with a passion for what you do.To be considered for this very exciting position, we ask that you have:Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner/Advanced Practitioner - or equivalent professional qualification / standard.Ideally you will also be:
