IT PMO Analyst - Not-for-Profit - Greater ManchesterOpportunity to join a great Not-for-Profit organisation whose work has real impact on the lives of their North-West based customers. Join them as they put a focus on technology and digital innovation within their sector.Client DetailsThe client are a large, Not-for-Profit organisation who are investing heavily into their technology capability, particularly into the Cloud and ensuring that their services are as accessible as possible through the use of innovative digital solutions. They can offer an established, technology-driven environment as they enter a new phase of transformation and improvement.DescriptionIT PMO Analyst - Not-for-Profit - Greater ManchesterIn this role youll be required to provide analytical skills to aid and inform portfolio planning and management, to build robust resource models and to facilitate supply and demand planning. You will also analyse and provide reports on performance across all areas of the portfolio.ProfileThe successful candidate will be an experienced, process driven PMO Analyst who is comfortable working across a diverse portfolio of projects. We are looknig for the following experience:

  • Proven experience of providing analytical services within a PMO supporting a large, complex portfolio of technical and business change projects
  • Proven experience of project lifecycles, project delivery, methodologies, software, and developing / documenting standards and procedures
  • Experience of project planning and resource management
  • Experience in providing constructive challenge, positively and with assertion, to colleagues
  • Exceptional organisational and facilitation skills
  • Proven track record of analytical and research experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Excellent /Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of Microsoft Project and Excel
    • It is essential that you also have one of the following (and will be asked to provide this certification if your application is progressed):
  • PMP or APMP qualification
  • Prince 2 Foundation
