The IT Managed Services Business Manager will have that unique blend of "hands on" technical skills but the ability be commercial and help with sales and winning new business / clients.As IT Managed Services Business Manager you will be the first Manchester based employee and work with the Managing director to help business development, including the production of proposals, designing of solutions and attending/conducting meetings with potential new business to understand existing infrastructure. Alongside this you will be one of the senior techs, working on projects and acting as a escalation point to the service desk.The IT Managed Services Business Manager will have solid technical skills in technology such as M365, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Server as well as wider Infrastructure and Networking technology. Alongside the technical skills you will have commercial acumen and solid client facing skills.This is a great opportunity to join a company that is on the up even in the current climate. The role will involve working very closely with the MD and a real chance to make a impact as the first employee in the North West.
