Badenoch + Clarks large scale client in Manchester requires an IT Helpdesk Analyst for an initial four week contract, which could be extended, to start ASAP. The rate of pay is negotiable dependent on skills and experience and will be outside of IR35. You will be joining a busy IT Support Team to offer additional help during a busy period of support calls due to an Office 365 migration project. You will be taking IT support calls from users, logging them on the call management software and resolving where possible if a first fix is within the 1st line teams SLA timescales. If the query is either too technical or would take too long to resolve, then you will log the call and pass it onto the 2nd line support team.In order to be considered, candidates must be available to start immediately and happy to work onsite near Manchester city centre in a COVID secure environment.
