To keep this established support, we are looking for people with good travel knowledge and experience, whoare highly competent in dealing with complex travel requirements.The role:Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, this role encompasses providing support across all Key Travel offices and systems, spanning PCs, servers, networking, firewalls, switches, routers, storage, telephony, Azure cloud. The IT 2ndLine Infrastructure and Network Engineer will also need to monitor and maintain uptime of services; and document, build and maintain knowledgebases.To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a balance between a being supportive by responding to customer requests within SLA and being proactive by ensuring Key Travel can maintain competitive advantage in the market through operationalefficiency. You will further need to be a strong communicator with the ability to support current technologies and displaying a high degree of aptitude and leadership acumen.The post-holder will also be required to undertake IT projects and work on BaU tasks assigned around applying patches, performing upgrades, configuration changes, security and compliance, infrastructure improvements and maintenance.This role is accountable for providing network support for firewalls, switches, routers, server, desktop, telephony, and Azure cloud to the business on a day-to-day basis as well as recommending the overall strategy for these systems; in addition to out-of-hoursmonthly ICT estate maintenance and On-Call for emergencies.Key experience and attributes:Essential
