Investment Project Leader - ConstructionSalary: £45,446Location: ManchesterPermanent, Full time, 35 hours a weekClosing date: 22nd January 2024Support our communities. Every day theyprovide homes, invest in their communities, help communities to further their learning, manage their money, launch successful businesses and improve their employability.They have an opportunity for an Investment Project Leader to join them!You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of a wide range of investment programmes that achieve high levels of customer care throughout. The successful candidate will take the lead on the full design, procurement, management and deliveryof a wide range of investment projects and ensure a focus on customer satisfaction, quality control and health and safety.What our client are looking for:

  • Hold a relevant qualification or have professional experience delivering major programmes of work
  • Hold a SMSTS qualification or willingness to work towards
  • Experience of cost evaluation and project control
  • Understanding of contractor performance
  • Experience of drafting and developing specifications of work and procurement
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM Regulations
  • Demonstrable evidence of project management that evidencehigh levels of customer care
