Job Description

Internal Support Auditor Vacancy - Full time - Manchester & North West - £26,000 plus car allowanceJW Lees has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Support Auditor to join our team. Car allowance providedThe Internal support auditor is responsible for the correct risk audit scoring from each audit completed of hotels, liquor and food stock control audits.Whats in it for you as an Internal Support Auditor:

Duties:
  • Complete auditor level Liquor and Food stocktaking within the schedule compiled. Both Announced and Unannounced
  • Full cash reconciliation at site level, completing a full cash audit.
  • ABV tests using a hydrometer.
  • Assistance to sites which require training in stock control and general financial administration.
  • Carry out Hotel audit, covering legal compliance and areas of financial risk
  • Both announced and unannounced audits to be completed during the year.
  • Assist in the programming and maintenance of the EPOS system.
  • To train managers and assistants on stock and cash procedures where required and maintain training records.
  • To provide cover for the IA when required.
Person:
  • Be of graduate calibre
  • Be highly numerical
  • Have good food and beverage knowledge
  • Have excellent report writing skills
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be mobile with a full, clean driving licence.
