With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability,and customer satisfaction, we are poised for growth and looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our teamAs an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and providing them with the right plastic solutions fromour product portfolio. This role will be based at our Manchester, Trafford park office and will report to the Sales ManagerDuties will imclude:-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial plastics industry.Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including plastic materials, applications, and benefits, to effectively advise customers.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsLead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries to expand the customer base.Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals tailored to the needs of each customer.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.Customer Support: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales reports for management.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and product launches to boost sales.The ideal candidate will have:-
