Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with our highly successful client based in Trafford, Greater Manchester. Established in the early 1990s, this £1.5m turnover business have continued to grow and successfully become a competitive business in the manufacturing industry. The company are recruiting an Internal Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in maximising opportunity with their existing customers. THE JOB:The Internal Account Manager is a brand new role within the company - this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person to create and develop it to make the job your own! Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop relationships (30-50 customer accounts)
  • Grow long term sales and profit from existing customers
  • Help develop monthly forecasts and longer-term operating plans
  • Have a sound knowledge of market pricing, competition and customer drivers for all product lines
  • Building relationships & exploring new business areas
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Sales order processing
  • Follow-up customer satisfaction calls
  • Administration tasks as required
  • Developing commercial awareness and competitor analysis
  • Driving continual improvement and value-added activities
  • THE PERSON:As the Internal Account Manager you must have worked in a similar role within manufacturing (ideally lifting equipment or similar).
  • Sales or Account Management experience
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience of working with MS Office
  • Ability to deliver strategies to grow sales
