Page Personnel are recruiting for a part time Inter-Company Accountant for a software business based in Stretford.This role will take responsibility for all intercompany transactions & working hours / days can be flexible.This salary is based on the full time equivalent.Client DetailsPage Personnel are recruiting for a part time Inter-Company Accountant for a software business based in Stretford.This role will take responsibility for all intercompany transactions & working hours / days can be flexible although additional hours may be required during peak times.DescriptionDuties will include:

  • Manage the portfolio management fees including:
    • Receipt of vendor invoices for AMSCO direct charge costs
    • Payroll for AMSCO staff employed direct by SGHL
    • Receive and process payroll charges for AMSCO staff employed by Volaris entities
    • Receive and process Dufton and Volaris quarterly management fees
    • Management fee billing
  • Manage theAMSCOSGHL bank account including
    • Cash forecasting
    • Management fee receipts
    • AR management
    • AP payments (to external vendors and Volaris intercompany)
    • Requesting cash from Volaris for forecasted shortfalls
    • Returning cash to Volaris for forecasted surpluses
  • Manage theAMSCO P&L and BS and the accurate recording of data inAMSCO cost centres
    • Reconcile IC balances
ProfileThe successful candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in a fiancial role (intercompany experience would be desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Job OfferA FTE salary of up to £29,000, hybrid working, pension, parking & more
