Job Description

A leading dependant insurance provider have an excellent opportunity for an Healthcare Insurance Administrator to join their Health care Division in Manchester.Supporting the team who specialise in providing cover for a range of medical professionals from Dentists and Psychiatrists to Private GPs, Consultants and Health care corporations. If successful, you will gain experience dealing with specialist, technical administration and elements of operational processes.Duties will include:

  • Invoicing
  • Producing documents
  • Producing renewal lists, emailing the clients and chasing when required
  • uploading new clients to the database
  • Generating financial reports from database and collating relevant data
  • Updating expectation reports and ensuring team is up to date on this information
  • Telephone and email screening support
  • You will need:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally insurance / financial services / legal
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High Proficiency
  • Diligence and ability to take ownership
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with clients
  • Able to effectively prioritise your workload
  • Microsoft Office experience i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel etc
