Field Installation engineer based in the North paying £28,000 to £32,000 per annumClient DetailsAn award winning global manufacturer of clean rooms.DescriptionTo undertake sufficient training for the role and comply with the companies OperationalManagement System (ISO 9001- 2008) and operating processes.To lead and ensure that all installations being performed on behalf of the customer are completedto the required specification and standards, efficiently and on time.Installations involve standardsteelwork or insulated panel design.To liaise with the operations team to ensure all materials and labour are available in the rightplace at the right time.To provide back up and ground support for other installation teams when personally not on site.To communicate and interact constructively with the Operations team and all other departmentsin the pursuit of continuous improvement.To complete testing and validations of new and existing cleanrooms to the defined qualitystandards and procedures.To ensure that all documentation relevant to an installation is completed accurately and on time, by effective delegation where appropriate, including customer acceptance and production of validation report.ProfileBTEC HNC / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Commercial experience of working safely and completing H&S documentation including method statement and risk assessment.Demonstrable working knowledge of control-based systems e.g. PLCs.Experience of working with functional block logic.Fitting and assembly of mechanical equipment.Understanding of electrical/electronic systems.Ability to communicate with suppliers to discuss system specifications.240v/415v electrical wiring and testing.Electrical fault finding and testing.Ability to interpret wiring schematics, panel and wiring diagrams.Full clean UK driving licence.Full UK/EU passport with no travel restrictions.Job OfferWorking for a fantastic industry leading organisation with huge growth, highly competitive salary and package.
