Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join our clients fast growing department in the heart of Manchester city centre.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Advising clients on insolvency-related matters, such as restructuring, bankruptcy, and liquidation
  • Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings where needed
  • Negotiating with creditors and other parties involved in insolvency cases
  • Managing a caseload of insolvency matters and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Providing clear and concise advice to clients, keeping them informed every step of the way
  • Developing and maintaining new relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in insolvency law and best practices
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Between 3 - 5+ years PQE as an Insolvency Solicitor in both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Excellent knowledge of insolvency law, procedures and a willingness to stay up-to-date with changes in insolvency law and best practices
  • The character and determination to help grow the department with client-focused approach and a commitment to providing the highest level of service
  • The ability to manage a busy and growing caseload
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
