Our client, a boutique Commercial law firm, is looking to expand its team with the recruitment of an experienced Solicitor. The team handles a mixed caseload of work such as, Restructuring/turnaround advice, Business & asset sales/purchases, Insolvency litigation including tracing/injunctive proceedings, Security advice, Director disqualification proceedings, Debt recovery includingwinding up/bankruptcy proceedings. The work is currently more litigious, but the non-contentious work is growing, so candidates can come from a more contentious background or non-contentious.Candidates are expected to have 3+ years PQE and youll be joining a growing firm.
