Insolvency Associate- Manchester- 2-4 years PQEAn award-winning national law firm in Manchester are actively looking to recruit an Insolvency Associate to undertake a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm has a friendly, professional culture and this role will join an already busy and successful team that works closely with the Corporate and Disputes teams within the firm. You will handle your own files, working directly with clients that can includetrade creditors, asset-based lenders, directors and businesses in financial distress. This role will handle a varied and challenging caseload that may include:A mix of pre and post formal insolvency work including but not limited to advising creditors, bankruptcy and winding up petitions, administration applications (creditor, company and secured lender), advisory work alongside restructuring transactions, misfeasanceclaims, antecedent transactions claims, asset recovery claims, trusts disputes arising out of insolvency and director disqualificationThis is an excellent career opportunity to join a premium firm in Manchester within a team that has an fantastic reputation.
